Multiple cameras precisely cover the entire web surface by zoning, eliminating blind areas and perfectly catering to ultra-wide-width production demands. Multiple hosts process data in parallel to share computing loads, completely resolving data stuttering and latency on high-speed production lines. The equipment is fully compatible with mainstream high-speed film blowers, cast film machines and slitting machines, supporting quality inspection for various products including films, optical films, packaging films and adhesive tape webs.

Powered by advanced distributed processing technology, the system delivers comprehensively upgraded performance while carrying forward our core brand strengths. It supports full-coverage inspection for ultra-wide webs up to 12 meters and adapts to production lines running at a maximum speed of 2400 meters per minute. Equipped with kilometer-level long-distance stable transmission technology, it ensures zero signal attenuation and zero-latency data transmission throughout operation. Integrated with self-developed high-precision AI algorithms, the system accurately identifies tiny defects such as bubbles, black spots, scratches, wrinkles and pinholes, drastically cutting rates of missed and false detections. Replacing traditional manual visual inspection, it effectively improves product yield and production efficiency.
